THE KAS 297 ALTITUDE SELECTOR

the KAS297 permits the pilot to preselect a desired altitude in climb or descent. The system provides automatic capture and hold upon reaching that altitude. Altitude alerting is also provided.

THE KAP 315 ANNUNCIATOR PANEL

provides the pilot with continuous information on system operating status. It shows modes in operation, as well as modes “armed” prior to capture. It also displays Marker Beacon lights and a Trim Fault warning.
