"One Six Right" is an exhilarating documentary film that celebrates the unsung hero of aviation – the local airport – by tracing the life, history, and struggles of an airport icon: Southern California’s Van Nuys Airport. Featuring thrilling aerial photography and a sweeping original score, the film dispels common misconceptions and opposes criticism of General Aviation airports. Through the love story of one airport, past to present, the film shares the timeless romance of flying with all ages. |

Flight simulator related products to build own cockpit.
For the baron cockpit I use the engine instruments and their yoke. |
 |
FSUIPC/ WideFS:
FSUIPC provides an interface for other programs to read and
write all sorts of data relating to the simulation; WideFS links FS
utilities over a LAN |

ActiveSky is a
comprehensive weather engine and sky graphics upgrade for MSFS 2004.
From high-quality cloud and sky graphics to real-time weather condition
transition and depiction, this is a complete and robust system that
provides the highest level of realism possible through all facets of
weather simulation. ActiveSky is designed, built, tested and
maintained by an assortment of real-world pilots, experienced simulator
enthusiasts and meteorological experts. |

Flightdeck solutions hardware (panels, switches etc.).
Mostly jets. For the baron cockpit I use the grey
type rotary encoders (RENP)
(connect straight to the opencockpits mastercard |

Electronics. For the baron cockpit I use e.g.
their Mountain

Realistic weather radar simulation. Realistic
beam (3,5° width) with adjustable tilt (+/-15°) and 160° angle of
view.10NM up to 320NM range. High cloud formations (thunderstorms,
towering cumulus) are divided into “sub clouds”, to model the
different reflections at different altitude stages. You need a additional
PC connected via WideFS and FSUIPC to run this product.
